Course Description
This course is designed for employees who are engaged in operations where there is a potential risk of H2S being present. H2S trained individuals might include employees of an oil and gas company (well drilling, servicing, work over, down hole maintenance, plug and abandonment procedures etc.) or individuals involved in the storage and transports of such substances that release H2S. It is a highly toxic gas that can kill or seriously harm human health even at low concentrations (e.g.10 ppm). It is also flammable, thus it is a fire hazard.
